How to communicate with your multidimensional self

• To get more out of your dreams, I find it very useful, to :

• Keep a journal. This lets them know you are interested in what is being communicated.

• Ask for symbols, maybe letters that mean a certain category. A for ancestors, for example.

• Dreamers Guest List. When These people appear in your dream, they mean ONLY and exclusively themselves. Thus They cannot be confused with a part of you that acts like this or has some quality they posses. Put this list in your Dream Journal.

• Also in your dream journal, a list of Personal Symbols and their personal meaning. For example you will need a
  
  A. Premonition Symbol, for dreams of what may or will come.
  

• B. Ancestor Symbol, for messages from the Family.
  

• C. Earth Symbol, For natural events (Earthquakes, Tsunamis and the like)
  

• D. Book of Your Life Symbol. These fairy tale like dreams offer a chance to agree or disagree to a soul contract coming up in future.
  

  

• E. Soul Contract re-negotiation Dreams.
  

  

• Write in a vertical fashion in your dream journal.

For example:

A boy

in a field

sees a pony

on the horizon

running

In the first column, nouns and verbs, just factual happenings in the dream. This is the first layer of meaning, just the symbolic.

The second column, deeper descriptors, Does the boy remind you or someone, is he happy or anxious? Was he waiting for the pony, or afraid of it? Was the pony running to the boy or away? Direction?

Now, i find that simple symbols are most effective, basic shapes, for example. This above , would be too complex and take a lot of energy from the message. If you having health concerns, you could designate symbols for different body parts, yes your body can ask for help like that, and you should listen! Often, your Physical being is represented as a vehicle or a musical instrument. More complex symbols get too blurry. Single Runes are Just the right level of complexity to be clear. And that IS what we are here to do.

• 3. All these Plus a list of pages and titles of dreams (it is a good idea to date them too). This is so you can see you own evolution. I like to look back over the journals, and see how they evolved and resolved.
  

• 4. A Dream Journal, or Binder. Design it as you like, it is a solid magical tool that is well worth the trouble, look it over at the end of the year and see the transformative flow of energies in your life….A tremendous and helpful guide.
  

• 5. Make a note of the shape of the Moon…..what phase it is in. There may emerge patterns that can be harnessed.

• 6. Space/time does not appear to be linear in all dimensions. some more complex souls can view them and learn from this as well…
